Job Description

Senior Business AnalystJob descriptionA senior business analyst is expected to review XXXX business processes and identifies opportunities and strategies to improve business/solution efficiency. They are also expected to assist in executing business plans and ensuring that the desired results are achieved in a timely manner.Responsibilities

  • Identifying and addressing operational, functional, and technological demands and risks within the business.
  • Maintaining, testing, and improving business processes and systems operations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on improvement potentials.
  • Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating the performance of the solution to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and implementation team.
  • Supervising the design of new services and evaluating how they will perform.
  • Creating monthly performance reports
