This position is responsible for managing projects and directing the work of more junior landscape architects and the successful delivery of Landscape projects to high quality standards, in a timely and cost effective manner and in accordance with the Clients expectations.We envisage success in this role to include;

• Provides leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Manages projects through all aspects of the design process.
• Guides the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
• Takes responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects.
• Leads, organizes and directs teams of more junior staff in the execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinates with other internal disciplines and manages the activities of outside sub-consultants in the execution of assigned projects.
• Prepares technical and financial proposals for designated project opportunities.
• Performs other related tasks as directed.
• Demonstrates strong senior leadership potential.
• Demonstrates an expert understanding of the aesthetic, technical, resource, and financial components of landscape architecture.
• Demonstrates an expert understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
• Possesses the ability to develop technical scopes of works, resource allocations, and financial fees for project opportunities.
• Possesses construction administration experience on landscape projects.
• Demonstrates an expert understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
• Demonstrates an expert understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.
• Demonstrates a team oriented and collaborative approach to Landscape Architecture within the design team.
• Performs other related tasks as directed.

QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited University or College program.Possess professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognized professional association.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
