Second Commi ChefYou will be required to work in the kitchen areas of the Lounges in order to fine tune the skills while accomplishing tasks in various areas. Maintain a high standard of professional approach and a passionate attitude towards all customers at all times. * Performs daily shift requirements as per standard operating procedures and as per the guidance of the Food and Beverage Supervisor.* Assists Food and Beverage Supervisor in majority of tasks within the kitchen, i.e. preparing the kitchen with items required for food preparation and sourcing of ingredients.* Ensures highest level of product knowledge is maintained and communicated to passengers during food service.* Communicates efficiently with First Commis Chef and Chef de Partie by providing regular updates and feedback on service and food related issues.* Report faulty kitchen items and equipment to the Food and Beverage Supervisor for further escalation.* Participates in the preparation of menu and other food items as well as actively involved in the presentation of various food items.* Liaise with stores and other departments to ensure products and items are well stocked.* Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the DepartmentSkillsQualifications:Essential High school graduation Previous Experience: Essential Up to 2 yearsEducationCertification in Catering/professional cookery.
