We are looking for SAP Service Delivery Manager for QatarRole Overview:The SAP Operations & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of SAP systems, ensuring seamless and efficient service to support business functions. This role involves managing SAP system performance, handling incidents, and ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:•Operations Management:oOversee day-to-day SAP system operations to ensure optimal performance.oMonitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.oManage SAP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.•Service Delivery:oEnsure the delivery of high-quality SAP services that meet SLAs.oDevelop and maintain service delivery processes and standards.oCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for service delivery.•Incident Management:oManage and resolve SAP system incidents and problems promptly.oImplement root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.oMaintain incident and problem management logs.•Business Engagement :oAct as the primary point of contact for SAP service-related issues.oEnsure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on service commitments.oCommunicate service status, issues, and updates to clients regularly.•Continuous Improvement:oIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.oConduct regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards.oStay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.Qualifications:•Education:oBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.•Experience:o5+ years of experience in SAP operations and service delivery management.oProven experience in managing SAP systems and service delivery teams.•Skills:oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.oExcellent communication and leadership abilities.oProficiency in SAP modules and service management tools.•Certifications:ITIL, PMP, or relevant SAP certifications preferred.If you are interested, please send the below details at the earliest.Your CV in word format:Total Yrs of Experience:Relevant Experience as SAP Service Delivery Manager:Any other Certifications:Current Salary:Salary Expectation in QAR:Notice Period:Current Location:Nationality:Visa Type:You can be able to relocate to Qatar:
