Job SummaryThe IT Business Partner for SAP MM/WM with S/4 HANA expertise serves as the key liaison between IT and business units, aligning SAP-based solutions with business objectives. This role focuses on implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP MM and WM modules within S/4 HANA to enhance business operations and processes.Job Responsibilities* Lead and support the implementation of SAP MM and WM within S/4 HANA, including training, user support, and process optimization.* Conduct business process re-engineering, GAP analysis, and design workarounds to align SAP MM/WM capabilities with business needs.* Provide L2/L3 SAP MM/WM support and L1 technical support during implementation phases.* Execute UAT, secure sign-offs, and prepare go-live strategies for SAP MM/WM modules.* Monitor SAP issue resolution against SLAs and provide analytics and reports as required.* Identify and incorporate best practices into SAP MM/WM program plans, ensuring quality control and documentation.
