Nair Systems is currently looking for Salesforce Developer for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.Skills & Experience:Job Purpose:To support the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce Application as per business requirements. To develop and support Lightning component, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Components, Batch Classes, Schedule Management, Static Resources and SOQL including other integration methodologies to integrate with Third party systems. To work closely with business teams in collecting requirements, analysing, and providing solutions, including technical design & specification.1. Salesforce Expertise* Salesforce Apps Expertise with at least 5-7 years of development experience using Lightning, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Components, Batch Classes, Schedule Management, Static Resources and SOQL* Experience in Sales, Service and Community Cloud* Experience in Lightning Development – LWC* Certifications - Dev 401, Admin 201* Experience in Integration with other systems* Knowledge of Informatica, Drawloop and DocuSign Integration would be a plus* Knowledge of searching and implementing apps from App Exchange to meet business needs2. Solutions & Business Processes* Ability to conduct and lead the discussions for the requirement-gathering with business Stakeholder* Solution Design and problem-solving Skills* Inter-personal skills* Prepare required technical documentation* Prepare Training material and conduct user training3. General Skills* Working knowledge of logging tickets* Enhancement Requests and coordinating with Salesforce support* Working in collaboration with different teams* Have clear and effective written, verbal and listening skills4.
