Job Description

Role Summary:As a Sales Trainee at Talabat QA, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying and securing new partners to join our platform. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to learn about sales from the ground up and gain valuable hands-on experience. Your primary responsibility will be to source and gather a significant number of high-quality leads, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded in our system. This role is part of Talabats Summer Training Program 2024, providing a unique chance to develop your skills and contribute to our growth!Whats on Your Plate

  • Proactively search and identify a targeted number of leads through on-ground market visits in specific assigned areas.
  • Accurately add newly identified leads to our database, ensuring all necessary fields and steps are completed.
  • Ensure that all required information related to leads is accurately documented and up-to-date within Google Sheets.
  • Take ownership to effectively manage your time, demonstrating strong work ethic, drive, and enthusiasm in lead sourcing.
  • Support the team on any other project or task as needed.
What you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order
  • Must be a Qatar-based university student above 18 years of age.
  • Must report to the office once per week.
  • Must have their own laptop with a strong internet connection.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or any business related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, research, or related areas.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
