Job Description

To provide support to the Lexus Sales Team by performing all documentation jobs related to sales deals. Coordinates and assist with sales team all sales support activities.

  • Preparing traffic registration forms and insurance forms and verifying the registration documentation
  • Issuing warranty booklets for dealers customers and providing delivery explanation
  • Maintaining vehicles reservation procedures and reservation forms (hard copy)
  • Responsible for receiving inbound calls; 5 Responsible for attending outdoors events
  • Maintaining Customer records and Invoices filing system
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
  • Carries out all related duties assigned by immediate supervisor/Manager.
