Job Description

The Sales Representative for Restaurants (HORECA) plays a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within the food service industry in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and beverage and possess strong sales acumen. The representative will be responsible for promoting products to restaurants, hotels, and cafes, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the HORECA sector.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
  3. Conduct regular visits to clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to enhance product knowledge.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for the HORECA sector.
  8. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the companys products.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Knowledge of the HORECA market and trends.
  6. Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
