Job Description

  • Conducting outdoor visits for prospective customers and merchants.
  • Coordinating marketing efforts with the Point of Sale (POS) team to target potential customers.
  • Providing daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Submitting weekly MIS reports to the line manager, detailing work progress on opened accounts and installed POS machines.
  • Ensuring adherence to specified Turn Around Times (TAT) outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Evaluating corporate accounts in accordance with corporate banking policies and procedures.
