Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take on a challenging role as Sales Manager. This is a pivotal role in achieving sales targets through effective planning and budgeting and eventually generating revenue for the organization. It?s objective is to sell products by implementing sales plans while supervising the sales staff.Responsibilities:- Sets the target for all sales executives and other sales representatives, ensuring that targets are realistic and achievable- Ensures that team is delivering desired results- Ensures that team members relationships are smooth and productive- Manages and supervises team activity and client?s interventions and meetings- Responsible for mapping potential customers and generate leads for the Team- Responsible for product promotion and market awareness strategies- Maintains and improves relationships with clients- To ensure that client?s understand all the terms imposed as per our policies to avoid legal involvement- Coaches, Mentors and Trains new hires- Extract the best out of each team member- Motivates team member and promote teamwork spirit- Requires each team member to submit report on regular basis- Acts as the pillar of the team and stand by their side at time of crisis- Set example for his team members and be source of inspiration- Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets- Looks forward on generating new opportunities for the team- Studies and understands the market- Conducts online research on printing technology techniques- Attends training or any related informal courses that will provide additional information- Responsible in maintaining and reaching the allotted TARGET- Responsible in maintaining the profitable sales in a competitive way to meet short to medium term objectives- Has to ensure that companies market level and credibility is being maintained- Ensuring the utmost satisfaction of all clients from short to long term objectives- Provides input towards short and medium term strategic planning process of the sales department which has an influence on the department itself- Facilitates the achievement of short term and medium term strategic goals of the sales department
