Job Description

We looking for a LubricantsSales Manager (Arabic speaker)for leading lubricants brands in the local market. You should have to be locally available and have experience with Lubricants/car care products.Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and manage Sales, business development for Lubricants / Car care products in Qatar Market,
  • Manage and work closely with the Sales Team in meeting targets,
  • Training and Development of the Distributors Sales Organisation,
  • To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan,
  • Manage to implement the Market Space strategies,
  • Developing B2B & B2C Strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers,
  • Providing Management Information Reports on monthly basis,
  • To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly,
  • Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets,
  • Increase market penetration to develop & increase the retail base.
