? Manage and achieve Overall sales and profitability for the assigned team / area/ customers.? Maximize distribution (MSL products) and visibility of the appropriate product range.? Create the Sales budget / forecast estimate and review as decided by the management.? Manage and monitor the trade marketing budget estimated for the year.? Responsible of business development agreements/market investments with key accounts.? Identifies of new business opportunities & the development of sales & marketing strategies.? Develop customer relations at all levels. Resolve customer complaints about products or services.? Evaluate discount rates / rebates for key customers. Make sure that the agreed selling price (NRP) is realized.? Responsible for controlling damage and expiry (make sure that it is within the agreed limit).? Analyze monthly P&L ? channel / customer wise and develop action plans? Review sales records, expenses, and projected sales on monthly basis.
