Sales Executive/Supervisor Client Freight Duties & Responsibilities: ? Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts. ? Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. ? Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue. ? Maintain records of customer details / sales visits. ? Identify potential customers; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company. ? Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams. ? Observe packaging operations inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications. ? Request containers other supplies for delivery to workstations. ? Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits. ? Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner. ? Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts. ? Prepare and submit daily/weekly Sales reports among other reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to the GM. ? Well awareness of Valuable and sophisticated materials packing. ? Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in packaging products materials for storage or shipment. ? Track progress of the shipment details and follow up with operation staff. ? Generate maximum revenue for the company with shipping/freight forwarding/Customs clearance/warehousing/packing etc. ? Prepare presentations to the clients. ? Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers? needs are recognized and met. ? Direct contact with prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls. ? Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships ? Introduce various our products, Freight forwarding/Logistics/Customs clearance/warehousing/packing & Removals. ? Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or related field ? Well awareness of Qatar Geographical location ? Friendly with customers ? Problem-Solver ? Very Good Time management skills ? Well-disciplined and always with pleasing personality. ?
