Job Description

Sales and Prospecting

  • Achieves assigned sales target, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Analyzes market potential and sales territory.
  • Preparing weekly sales plans and completing all call reports following established company procedures.
  • Preparing accurate estimates and billings for customers.
  • Maintaining current product knowledge on all tires/lubricants, service and other product lines that are represented.
  • Attending sales training and continually working to improve sales skills.
  • Implementing marketing programs to solicit new clients through cold calls, organization, referrals etc.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of product adjustments and ensuring that customer casings are handled appropriately.
  • Has to keep up with the innovative features and its technical optional updates.
  • Has to know where the product stands among competitors and always ready to answer questions and comparisons.
Customer Orientation
  • Arrange to deliver products with maximum customer satisfaction to make the process a positive and unique experience to the customer.
  • Managing current customer accounts
  • Responding promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and queries.
  • Develops and provides systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals.
  • Delivering products to customers as needed.
  • Evaluating customer needs and making recommendations.
Others
  • Maintaining company property in accordance with company policy
  • Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected
  • Gathers and updates the information about competitors products and to compare them with our dealers products.
  • Self-updates with sales related information.
  • Work closely with other departments.
  • Liable to develop and increase sales of the company, profit objectives and maintaining standards.
  • Actively seeking new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
  • Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customer.
