  • Ensure all functions defined to the local Sales Excellence team are being fulfilled
  • Roll-out of regional reports and support the recipients on how to read them
  • Prioritize SE demands in the distribution (such as new reports and/or analysis)
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of the data collected and provided
  • Coach and support the development of the Sales Excellence Analysts (BI Analyst, GTM Analyst & Order Processing)
  • Assist the local Leadership Team to prepare the check of results materials (OTC, L5, L4, etc.)
  • Monthly Target Deployment process
  • Streamlining and advancing the Business Intelligence
  • Go-To-Market Activities (Hand Held Trouble Shooting and Re-routing exercises)
