We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive our growth.Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction fit-out and interior design industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets in the construction fit-out and interior design sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and action plans.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product and service development based on market needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the construction fit-out and interior design industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction and interior design market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
