SALES COORDINATOR (ICT/IT Stream Pre Sales)Individually contributes to the objectives of ABATS by doing assigned work to meet the set short to medium-term objectives of the division through timely coordinating, administrating, reporting, and updating on all sales back office related issues. The role serves as a liaison between both Sales and Operations. The position is responsible for developing various daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and analyzing the sales data to help the Head of Sales and Operations Manager react to changing market conditions.Key Responsibilities:úÿÿProcess new sales leadúÿÿManages the correspondence between the sales team and their clientsúÿÿKeep track of sales targetsúÿÿAnswer and take calls/messages for sales staffúÿÿSchedule calendarúÿÿTrack the sales closure/forecastúÿÿClose watch on tenders process and submission datesúÿÿReports contract expiries and flags any deviationúÿÿData entry using spread sheets and system in place (CRM?)úÿÿCoordinates and ensures alignment between Sales and OperationsManaging the NDAs and Teaming agreements for new opportunities.úÿÿCarries out the sales analysis and update both Sales and Operations Heads and relevant team members periodicallyúÿÿIdentifies needs and improvement opportunity. Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process and operation level
