Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual from the Fashion & Apparel industry to join our team. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for style and aesthetics.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Provide personalized fashion advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual style.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, industry news, and competitor offerings.
  5. Attend fashion events and trade shows to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
  6. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Provide feedback and insights to the design and production teams to inform product development.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Fashion & Apparel industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and brands.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and aesthetics.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
