We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales BDM who are strong in IT infrastructure to join our team. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by identifying potential customers, promoting CCTV and ELV solutions, IoT Solutions and building strong relationships with clients.Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering preferrable in IT.Experience: 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT infrastructure (Wireless networks, ICT, telecommunciation, security systems and IOT)Skills:Technical: Candidate should have well knowledge in IT infrastructure majorly in security solutions, wireless networks, IoT solutions.Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities to manage a diverse client portfolio and sales cycle.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Languages: Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Driving License: Qatar driving license is mandatory.Note: Only candidates with IT knowledge would be preferred.
