For a French Caf? and Pastry retail shop we are looking for a sales associate / waiter to join our team!Sales duties:- Be perfectly familiar with all the products and know how to promote their qualities and characteristics to customers- Follow the company dress code and have impeccable grooming at all time- Welcome customers and offer a level of service consistent with the luxury positioning of the house- Establish a genuine relationship with customers and recommend the most adapted products to their preferences- Secure customer loyalty through personalized service- Keep track of customer database, their profile and preferences- Ensure that products and packaging materials are properly stored and organized- Ensure that the shop is well presented and maintained with special attention to product display- Propose solutions to improve sales and customer services- Keep track of products availability in stock and their shelf-life- Assist in shop management and stock replenishmentService duties:- Present and explain the food & beverage menu and answer any questions- Sell F&B by explaining differences in product origins and preparation methods- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
