We are seeking enthusiastic and talented female Sales Associates to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and assist them in choosing jewelry items, including custom 24K designs, 22K jewellery, and diamond pieces.
  • Sales Expertise: Effectively communicate product features, gold purity, and customization options to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Handle customer orders, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and coordinating with the production team for custom designs.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Customer Outreach: Actively seek out and approach customers in the store, offering assistance and guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products offered, discussing available options with customers and addressing their questions with confidence.
  • Social Media Presence: Actively contribute to Smart Jewellerys marketing efforts by creating engaging content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to attract a wider audience.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promote additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of jewellery stock, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Multilingual Customer Support: Assist customers in Hindi, Nepali, and English to cater to diverse customer needs.
