Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for serving customers on the shop floor and answering their needs in a timely manner in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimum sales results.

  1. Greet customers, establish a rapport, use a formal register, observe them, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
  2. Be fully knowledgeable about The Brand, Products, Materials, Fashion, Trends, Cuts and Designs. This is in order to impress and engage the customer to improve trust and make easier to suggest appropriate product.
  3. Detect and create a need for the customer by asking the customers the correct and right questions. Few and enough questions, but good ones to understand the need?
  4. Assist customers in their purchase decisions by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice and suggesting gift vouchers when applicable.
  5. Putting forward and using a strong sales argument that will persuade the customer. make a value proposition to the customer by using a knowledgeable and convenient advantages and features to the customers
  6. Overcoming the customer objections and professionally deal with their excuse
  7. Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  8. Arrange and display received merchandise under the direction of the Merchandiser/Shop Manager; change tag prices of products during promotion periods or as needed.
  9. Merchandize products according to guidelines and sales trends by monitoring top selling reports.
  10. Ensure using incremental sales techniques to increase sale quantity and amount. And to enhance store KPI?s. Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach daily sales targets
