We are seeking a talented Sales and marketing professional to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and renting / sales strategies that will help to promote our Residential and commercial real estate properties - attract potential Tenants, and close deals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties, including online advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and other channels as needed.Conduct market research to identify potential tenants / clients and analyze market trends to improve our marketing and sales strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with Tenants /clients and responding to their inquiries and providing guidance on real estate investments.Coordinate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including negotiating deals and closing sales.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as needed.Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, acknowledgements etc)Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts for tenants.Create, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, acknowledgements, and other forms.
