Job Description

We are an upcoming online shopping destination specializing in traditional Qatari clothing and accessories. As we grow our presence online, we are on the lookout for a Sales and Customer Service Superstar.?Hiring immediately, the right candidate would already be based in Doha on an employment visa, with an NOC from their visa sponsor, allowing them to work with us. The initial contract will be for a 3 month term with the potential to both extend to a full-time sponsored position, and a promotion in our fast growing company based on their performance.?Requirements:

  • Male, aged 25-35, based in Qatar
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English (Qatari/ Khaleeji/ Shami dialect)
  • Prior sales experience in the premium, luxury retail or service sector?
  • Cashier/ order management experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (training will be provided where needed)
  • Outgoing personality - comfortable interacting with customers over video chat, voice calls, and Whatsapp
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively connect, engage, and interact with customers online (and occasionally in person)
  • Follow up on orders, collect feedback over Whatsapp
  • Assist order fulfillment team on collecting, packing, sending out orders as needed
  • Additional duties may be added, within reason, given the nature of the role
Timings, Location, Compensation
  • 4pm and 10pm, 6 days a week (subject to change but capped at 6 hours a day)
  • Work from our office location in a luxury serviced building in the Old Airport Area, Doha.
  • Compensation: QR 4,000 all inclusive?
