Job Description

Overview of the role:To look after all the sales activities, directing the sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of goals in line with company vision and values.

  • The position leads the entire sales process from client inquiries through client?s payment collection phases.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability and take corrective action where necessary
  • Provide sales support, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.
  • Review and analyze daily achievement report for sales team to ensure achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Follow up all outstanding invoices which are unpaid from all customers to ensure achieving collection targets on time.
  • Develop and maintain periodic reports on the status of all sales team, ensure activating new customers, and maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.
  • Provide input on advertising and promotion materials. Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive.
