Nair Systems is currently looking Access Control Analyst – SailPoint Implementation & Operations for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ for access requestand review processes.• Perform day-to-day access management operations in SailPoint, including processinguser requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning.• Support quarterly/periodic access reviews by preparing data, coordinating withstakeholders, and validating completion.• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to troubleshoot access issues.• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SailPoint operations andintegration with bank systems.• Assist in user training and onboarding for SailPoint access request and review modules.• Work with the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatoryrequirements, and audit guidelines.• Monitor and report on progress during the implementation phase.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology , computerscience or a related field of study• 3 -5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management(IAM) Operations, with atleast 1-2 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ• Strong Knowledge of User lifecycle management, provisioning and de-provisioning• SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and operations• Proficiency in RBAC(Role-Based Access Control) and Segregation of Duties(SOD) Principles• Experience in integration of Sail point with enterprise applications and Active Directory• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or other IAM tools such as Oracle IdentityManager, CyberArk, Saviynt).• Knowledge of Access Request workflows and Access Review/certification processesPreferred• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX,local banking regulations)• Familiarity with Sail Point IdentityIQ (or other IAM tools such as Oracle IdentityManager, CyberArk, Saviynt).• Prior experience in highly rated international bank or financial services industry.Key Skills:• Strong Analtical,communcaiton, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.• Experience working in Cross- Functional environment (Risk, IT Security, Compliance, andAudit teams)Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
