Maintenance of the Business Management System in accordance with company requirements
Ensure that accreditations in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are upheld.
Maintain Client(s) contractual reporting tools and share statistics on daily / weekly / monthly basis
Managing active achievement of Quality Management Plan and KPI targets therein
Measure Contract personnel performance and awareness to behavioral safety and to Client(s) process and protocol.
Conduct regular site visits and report improvement opportunities to Business Line Manager and assist them with the implementation
Maintain and continues to develop the matrix of permitted operations
Facilitate Hazop, SIMOPS, Hazid and SWIFT analysis and assessments with Clients and stakeholders
Assisit in Project/Contract personnel development, approvals and communication with authorities
Monitor and maintain systems awareness among the site, office and project personnel. Conduct awareness coaching as per Client(s) requirements
Advise on the safety and improvement of underwater operations under the scope of the contract(s)
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
