Responsible to analyse continuous Drive tests on VoLTE and 5G using Actix Analyzer and NQDI/Smart Analytics
Optimize bad quality patches, dropped calls, failed calls, mute calls etc.through parameter tunings on Huawei RAN, based oncall flows and drive test analysis along with KPIs assessment
responsible to generate comprehensive reports from the outcome of the drive test results.
Produce recommendations based on parameter optimization and not just rely on power/tilt changes for all optimization cases
Should report to the team leader every week on the progress with the right trackers in place.
End to end analysis of the drive test logs, loading them, processing logs, generating actionable insights and providing recommendations.
Maintaining the track of the recommendations provided with the implementation status and post improvements.
Generate comprehensive reports for the assigned tasks.
Able to monitor RAN KPIs for 4G/5G/3G/2G for basic health checks and assessment.
