Job Description

As a Retail Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador to provide best in class customer Experience and focus on the Digital Way to provide a smart lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:

  • enhance customer experience through consultative selling practices
  • Educate and Manage customer issues and deep dive to understand the root cause
  • Manage, lead and execute product demos during the Sales Process and Identify opportunities for cross and upsell
  • Troubleshoot device software and hardware either by opening service requests, scheduling technical appointments or to Liaise with Technical Support teams
  • Ensure customer retention through follow ups and provide suggestions to the Store Manager on ways to improve customer experience
  • Meet and Exceed Individual Sales Targets and NPS, TNPS & Digital Experience KPIs
