Job Description

Were hiring an experienced Female Restaurant Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations while motivating our staff to provide excellent customer service.Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
  • Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant?s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Coordinate with our marketing team on ways to ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
