Job Description

We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations villa resorts and ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the resort, including check-in/out, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
  2. Answer all inquiries and questions, and make reservations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze resort performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.
  5. Supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain all villas in proper condition.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in resort or hotel management.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
