Job Description

Position SummaryResponsible for the preparation and development of management, financial and performance reports from the various reporting platforms. This position plays a key support role in the annual planning cycle.Job Responsibilities

  • Reviews all departmental process maps as part of annual planning exercise and updates flow charts and process documents after engaging with team leads.
  • Maintains all planning assumptions and up-to date analysis on the divisional budget and planning tool.
  • Prepares the baseline annual budget on the divisional budget and planning tool using as-is data for management to build the annual budget.
  • Reconciles data between various systems used for grant management and the enterprise reporting system SAP.
  • Develops and distributes operational reports from the Research Operations service ticketing system and the core labs service management system.
  • Maintains and regulates the core revenue recovery model and issues reports to management.
  • Responsible for the monthly production and delivery of budget availability reports to for their labs and their grants.
  • Maintains regular contact with the Finance team to deal with day to day reporting and budget issues.
  • Performs other job related duties as required.
