Rents furniture, equipment and accessories to customers: Talks to customer to determine furniture preferences and requirements.Able to brief Marketing Department for 3D drawings, NL-Content based on CRM analyses and creates draft of CRM tools like seasonal special, special target group mailings or special sales offers.˙Guides or accompanies customer through showroom, answers questions, and advises customer on compatibility of various styles and colors of furniture items.˙Compiles list of customer-selected items.Computes rental fee, explains rental terms, and presents list to customer for approval. Excellent know how and operating skills for EZ system.Includes 100% accurate database management in EZ system (SOP EZ System)˙Prepares order form and lease agreement, explains terms of lease to customer, and obtains customer signature.CRM with existing clients on regular bases (reporting) and connecting with new / potential clients. Obtains credit information from customer. Forwards forms to credit office for verification ofcustomer credit status and approval of order (SOP Dept-Management).˙Collects all (legally) required documents to proceed with payments within EZ. Collects initial payment from customer within CRM and dept.-management SOP Contacts customers to encourage follow-up transactions.May visit commercial customer site to solicit rental contracts, or review floor plans of new construction and suggest suitable furnishings.May sell equipment, furniture or accessories on request (SOP purchasing of items)Regular visit of operation venues (warehouse, show room etc.) and arranging team meetings.
