? Dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles? Opening & closing Rental Agreements and managing related documentations.? Showing customers the vehicle along with the checklist and handling related queries if any.? Billing customer for personal rental paid by credit card or cash for monthly, weekly and daily rental.? Follow up for pending payments for monthly clients and incase of corporates for the necessary Purchase Order.? Generate invoices for all monthly rentals and provide copies for Accounts Department.? Prepare month end report for total RA open in Head Office by sales supervisor.? Co-ordinate with Operations for service/maintenance due vehicles & return of Job completed vehicles.? Control & Systematic maintenance of the station Key Rack (DR, RR, NR/Replacement)? Prepare driver daily sheet for monthly chauffeur.? Co-ordinate with Clients & Operations for vehicle replacement schedule.
