Timely completion of PPM and CM works, ensures the team does the work diligently and as per the maintenance checklists.
Receive WO updates from technicians of all shifts, update in CMMS with name of resource used, labor hours, spare parts and tools used, and closeout WO
Runs the plant and equipment efficiently and with minimum downtime.
Recommends critical spare parts to Sr Engineer for purchase
Supervise the Contractors under AMC, plan PPM activities, coordinate timely rectification of breakdowns
Reviews the Contractors? work completion, approves or rejects the work quality.
Teach, guide and mentor the technicians on best practices, work management
Manages duty roster, ensures that the staff are assigned duties as per their individual strengths and weaknesses

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialization in Refrigeration.
