Job Description

An opportunity has become open to become a part of a renowned multi national QSR (quick service restaurant) looking for a Recruitment Specialist for their expanding team.

  • Manage end to end volume and management recruitment
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for attraction and selection of new staff
  • Support with support function recruitment (attraction, selection and onboarding)
  • Work closely with the government relations officer to follow through on visa processing and tracking
  • Conduct new joiner orientation for new staff arrivals
  • Recruitment of local and international staff
  • Deliverables of key KPIs including staffing efficiencies
  • Support with employer branding and employer reputation campaigns
  • Work closely alongside partnering agencies to ensure compliance to ethical recruitment practices
  • Familiarity and follow up of QVC processing for newly hired candidates in countries that require the process
  • Coordinate arrivals of new joiners with accommodation team and operations team for assignment in timely manner
  • Answer any candidate queries in relation to follow up or status update requests for their process
  • Manage the employee referral program for any referred candidates
