Job Description

Petroplan is seeking to hire a Recruitment Analyst for one of its clients.Job Purpose: Support the planning, execution and monitoring of recruitment campaigns and programs for the company. To deliver the talent strategy by gathering, analyzing, interviewing, and selecting candidates in order to ensure that the company meets its short and long-term staffing requirements in line with its objectives.Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline or equivalent.
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any similar discipline. CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying (or equivalent qualification)
  • 10 Years of experience in Human Resources, at least 2 years in a recruitment role, and experience in Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage.
