We are looking for a dynamic individual who possess the right skills, knowledge and expertise to effectively facilitate leasing activities for Residential & Commercial properties. This position gives the opportunity to further develop a career in the field of Real Estate Management.Responsibilities:-Generate leads through Networking, Cold Calls and assist accordingly-Setting daily appointments with prospective Landlords & Tenants-List and advertise properties -Create and manage presentable database of properties for potential clients-Negotiate Property Management Contracts with Landlords-Arrange viewings and advising clients-Price Negotiation between all parties involved-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report-Locate potential properties and conduct condition report-Maintain all company?s contract and leasing agreements, ensuring on time renewals and payments-Providing the documentation required to draft the legal agreements-Achieving all Sales/Leasing targets set by management
