We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team and grow their career in real estate.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete leasing process from prospecting clients until payment collection. This will include high level of professionalism and customer service with Tenants and Landlords. Having an established clientele with own leads will be highly considered.Responsibilities include:-Cater specifically to Corporate and Govt clients for short and long term furnished apartments-Create Marketing Materials (Brochures, Flyers, Social Media Advertising)-Effectively manage marketing campaign to increase Brand Awareness and Services offered-Generating leads, cold calling and setting up meetings for assisting in upcoming housing requirements-Generate and maintain database for clients and prospective properties-Coordinating with maintenance team for tenant issues-Negotiate Terms of Lease and Agreement with Tenants and Landlords-Drafting lease documents (Contracts and Agreements)-In-depth knowledge of Qatar Residential Real Estate (Location, Property Status, Amenities, Rates, etc.)Benefits for the perfect candidate will include:*High Basic Salary + Generous Commission*Various allowances & Transportation Capabilities
