Preparation of preliminary estimates for new proposals/budgetary purpose.
Prepared and compiled tender documents in close coordination across all disciplines - Arch, Structural & for clients review.
Involved in the tender evaluation of bids submitted by bidders and prepared evaluation report to the client to assist selection of bidder.
Preparation of monthly cost / financial report.
Evaluation of monthly valuation and certifying interim payment certificate.
Preliminary estimate for additional works or new proposals.
Preparation of Change Request, Site Instructions and variation orders, evaluation of variations and varied works and fixing of new rates.
Assessing extension of time and Claims.
Preparation of final measurement.
Preparation of final account.
Attending commercial meeting.
