Job Description

Job Overview:The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for take-off from drawings/model and validating progress in the field.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Take off quantities from either drawings or the model
  • Assist in loading the quantity tracking items into the earned value system
  • Help establish the proper level to track in the earned value system
  • Help develop quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction
  • Work with engineering to pull quantity data from engineering databases
  • Verify reported progress through site walk downs
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • 4-15 years of experience.
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Construction related experience.
