QMS Specialist makes a complete review of the existing QMS documentation for completeness and updates QMS documentation as necessary. Ensures closure of all internal audit findings and CAPA from previous external and internal audits. Ensures compliance to ISO9001:2015 standard and documentation alignment to the standard. Conduct internal QMS review to verify effective implementation of QMS in line with the respective policy and procedure. Further, report the findings to the management review meetings. Analyze and recommend appropriate changes of quality procedures to respective managers to help improve their processes. Follow up with the concerned staff for the closure of the findings identified in the internal QMS review. Support development of metrics to confirm effectiveness of improvements and continuous improvements to maintain the ISO9001:2015 certification.
