Job Description

a.?????Observing personnel hygiene of workers (Production team in his area) before and during the process of production & maintaining the record thereofb.?????Conducting the internal food safety & general hygiene training to all staffs (on every three months)

  1. In-process & finished product inspection / analysis during following process:
  2. Production
  3. Sorting/Cleaning
  4. Packaging
Rejecting the non conforming products (not conform to Al Baz standards), follow up on reworking if required after consulting his superiord.?????Communicating properly with warehouse staff, other Quality Controllers on status of products requiring reworking or even total rejection?e.??????Proper filling of records on time and proper documentation in the final filesf.??????Preparation of non conforming products report and forwarding to purchase and his superior on daily basis. Raising NCR?s to suppliers in case of any non-conformance noted on product supplied by them and its follow up
