Accountable for implementing the Project Quality Plan, and for ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor?s Quality Management System
Providing continal communication, coordination and advice to the Project Manager on Project quality issues and the quality performance of the EPCOL Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Manage all aspects of onshore and offshore system completion activities to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards applicable to the work. Ensure all the handover requirements are met and cleared ensuring a flawless handover to OperationsAnalyse effectively and decide on all information relevant to Project Development.
Manages the resolution of problems in more demanding and less familiar situations using precedent and own acquired knowledge.
Has high visibility to senior Project Management, Operating Company and Shareholders. Recognizes that errors have significant impact on external parties.
This is a key position with significant impact on systems completions and pre-commissioning thru individual decision making and operation controls.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or higher level equivalent
Minimum 15 years broad experience in all project phases (i.e.engineering procurement and construction), with minimum 10 years previous experience in Quality and/or Systems Completion roles. Previous experience in other industries with construction, major projects and control of contractor team is desirable
Ability to manage development and implementation of Projects Managements Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to interact with senior leaders and shareholders confidently.
Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
