Quality and Systems Completion Division ManagerJob Purpose:

• Accountable for implementing the Project Quality Plan, andfor ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor?s Quality ManagementSystem
• Providing communication, coordination and advice to theProject Manager on Project quality issues and the quality performance of theEPCOL Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Manage all aspects of onshore and offshore system completionactivities to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope, budget andschedule while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety andquality standards applicable to the work.Ensure all the handover requirements are met and cleared ensuring aflawless handover to Operations

Key Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities:QUALITY:Develop, implement and maintain the Project QualityManagement System, including:

• Preparing and maintaining theProject Quality Plan and related Quality Procedures
• Collaborating with EngineeringManager to ensure effective implementation of Engineering Surveillance Plan toconfirm compliance of detailed engineering activities with specifiedrequirements
• Implementing a ProcurementSurveillance Program to confirm that all purchased materials and equipment arecompliant with project specifications

• Implementing a ConstructionSurveillance Program to confirm that all fabrication, construction andinstallation activities are compliant with project specifications

SYSTEMS COMPLETION:

• Subject Matter Expert for all completions for multi project/multi discipline commissioning team.
• Establish and be custodian of clients corporate completionand commissioning framework.
• Define, develop and implement and continuously improvecompletions and commissioning philosophies, standard documentation andprocedures and processes and go-buys.
• Ensure project completion and commissioning team maintaincompliance with corporate standards.
• Custodian of the Completion Management Systems.
• Management of internal and external interfaces with clientcounterparty, Vendor class and Statutory Regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for Corporate Input for Completions andCommissioning.
• Develop relationships with all departments within theproject to deliver completions and Commissioning plans and philosophies.
• Develop Discipline Competency and Training Standards. Reviewand approve system definition drawings and procedures. Responsible fordeveloping the Completions database and champion the overall master punch listbased on punch return and review.
• Responsible for the overall master punch list
• Assist Engineering with FAT support documenting all findingsinto database
• Interface with operations in the turnover of MechanicalAcceptance Package and other completion certificates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or higher-levelequivalent
• Minimum 15 years broad experience in all project phases(i.e.engineering procurement and construction), with minimum 10 years previousexperience in Quality and/or Systems Completion roles. Previous experience in other industries withconstruction, major projects and control of contractor team is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English language communicationskills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability toinfluence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage development and implementation of ProjectsManagements Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and shareholdersconfidently.
• Requires strong analytical, organizational and planningskills
