Quality and Compliance SpecialistQatar Airways Location Doha, Qatar Category Corporate & Commercial Job Id 171062Closing Date:03-08-2022 JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the roleWe are recruiting for Quality and Compliance Specialist to be based in Doha, Qatar. In this role of Quality and Compliance Specialist you will be accountable for assessing performance, Quality Assurance and Compliance of ASMs and stations. Conduct Station performance audits. You will monitor above and below wing activity in accordance with QR procedures and in conformance of regulatory requirements on conformance of both internal and external audit. Carry out checks at outstations to ensure service standards are in accordance with documented procedures, Ground Operations Manual, Ground services Manual. Conduct onsite audit to ensure station are in conformance with above and below the wing standards. Specific responsibilities of the role include: * You will be accountable for an effective Quality assurance program within Qatar Airways Network and HUB and its suppliers of ground handling service. This includes audits, safety system audits and functional audits.* Conducts investigations to identify root causes with appropriate outcomes.* Conducts internal audit checks to ensure compliancy with division and Group Internal Control processes.* Ensures to conduct station audit on both Service standards, finance controls, safety and security and present to station and management of any irregularities and shortcomings.* Conducts Self Audit Plans (SAP), checks on finance and administration SOPs.* Conducts SAP checks n baggage services on all finance related transactions, including lost and found items.* Creates an audit finding tracker to ensure that station close findings in a timely manner.* Ensures that stations across the network consistently deliver service standards in accordance to QR policy and procedure.* Ensures that risk management and hazard identification process across Network and HUB, has mitigation process in place through effective control mechanism.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Together, everything is possibleQualificationsAbout youThe successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: * Relevant college or university qualification to minimum Bachelor?s level.* Minimum 5 years relevant experience.* Worked in a similar role in a multi-cultural environment, preferably aviation industry.* Excellent knowledge of Computers and an advanced user of MS Office applications.* Excellent written and spoken English* Flexibility in working extra hours.* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
