QA / QC EngineerJob Location : Doha, QatarSummary of Main Duties:•Prepare & Implement QA/QC procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)•Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards•Conduct inspections on all site installations•Prepare, Monitor and verify testing procedures such as insulation resistance, continuity, loop checks, function tests, and commissioning•Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirement•Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, punch lists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)•Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors on QA/QC issues•Assist in internal and external audits related to electrical and instrumentation activities•Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for QA/QC activities.•Coordination with cross-functional teams•Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.•Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic & Communication Engineering.•7+ years of experience in QA/QC E&I Works in Oil & Gas Green Filed/Brown Field•Familiarity with industry standards (ISA, IEC, API, ANSI, NEC, etc.).•Proficiency in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation.•Strong understanding of HSE practices•Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
