Coordinate & monitor all execution team and sub contractors team and their work
Ensure the requirements of the company QMS is accordance with ISO 9001:2015 is followed
Inspect and record all materials received
Implementing all QA/QC systems at all the sites under his jurisdiction
Perform inspection to verify compliance of all sites under his jurisdiction
To conduct inspection of materials bought out items and review of materials test certification requirement
To interface and coordinates with Consultants/Clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspections agencies for all the related inspection activities
Plan, organize and implement test plans according to project requirements and Client specifications
To plan and conduct subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor work
Inspect and supervise all inspection activities like Civil & Structural Tests, Inspection such as soil compaction, moisture content, gradation, concrete slump, concrete compression, survey line and grades etc.
Providing necessary inputs/guidance to respective site staff for more improvement and to achieve project feasibility
Monitors contract with approved quality control plans make recommendations for improvement for standards
Responsible for quality control lab, generating documents as per the contractual requirement or procedure
Attending all meetings with connect to meetings QA/QC
Coordinate and collect material sampling, organizing for testing of materials and submitting material test reports to the project team
Preparing non-compliance document with inspection report periodically
Prepare pre-tender & post tender submittals
Provide various report to the project team
Follow-up with the project team to match with organization goals.
