Job Description

Job Purpose:Responsible for monitoring System Completion activities throughout discipline mechanical completion, pre-Commissioning & Commissioning phase. Ensure EPC Contractor delivery and execution of systems completions is as per approved procedure. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and Interface with CPY (Project and Operation) on various stages of systems completion DCC, RFC, RFSU, HA, Walkdowns, Punchlist Categorization.

  • Key Accountabilities:Reports to Head of Plant Completions & Handover EPC-2
  • Provides system completion expertise, for planning and execution assisting EPC contractor to deliver in accordance with project SC deliverables and schedule.
  • Supports contractor by helping on planning SC key activities, coordinate with operations and other disciplines within the team.
  • Company focal point on coordinating system walkdowns, punchlist categorization and closeout to members of Engineering, quality, construction, commissioning and operations Teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring SC walkdown and Punchlist Categorization process execution is aligned and in compliance with project objectives and procedure.
  • Monitor and audit EPC Contractor punchlist entry to SCDB and punchlist closeout process.
  • Follow the overall punch list system and identify priority in line with System/Subsystem completion.
  • Issue ITR & punch list progress reports by discipline & Systems for Engineering, quality, construction, commissioning and operations Teams, highlighting priority item for particular stage of completion.
  • Accountable for sharing knowledge of previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
  • Support Head of Completion in any system completion related activity.
  • Accountable for ensuring SC activites compliance of HSE Standard practice and procedure.
